Situated at the top of a beautiful hill in the heart of Umbria, well connected to the main service centers, this house has an incomparable view of the valley. Ideal for relaxing holiday and with beautiful nature, without lacking of any kind of comfort. Villa " Paradiso", 330 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 24 km from the centre of Perugia, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, 36 km from the lake. Private: property 3 ha, wildlife garden and flowers, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (6 x 14 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bar 4 km, thermal baths "Terme Francescane" 40 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 36 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, riding stable 7 km. Nearby attractions: Gubbio 35 km, Città di Castello 40 km, Assisi 40 km, Passignao sul Trasimeno 40 km, Arezzo 75 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. Inside the park under the pergola there is a barbecue area with a refrigerator, wood oven, oven, gas stove and a large dining table. Wow! This house truly captured our imagination!
After spending time in Rome and Assisi, my husband found this gem for our family to have a few days to reflect on everything we had seen before heading home.
After renting two cars at the Perugia airport, we drove to the house and picked up groceries at a supermarket along the way. The house is on a hill with incredible views of the valley below, with peace and quiet all around.
Flavio and his wife were incredible hosts! It was drizzling when we arrived and they greeted us at our car doors with umbrellas and walked us into the house. Flavio gave us a thorough tour of the house when we arrived and made us feel at home. They also supplied a pack n’ play for us when we requested one and were very responsive when we had questions.
When we were there the flowers were blooming everywhere and we loved being on the edge of olive and fruit trees. The kids also LOVED the annex, the extra cottage with kids’ bunk beds, and, of course, the pool.
This house was one of our favorite parts of our whole Italy trip and no one wanted to leave this magical place.
We are grateful that we had the opportunity to spend some time relaxing in the Italian countryside. We are so thankful to our special hosts for sharing their home with us. Highly recommend!

Das Haus liegt auf dem Berg in einer Sackgasse. Es ist das letzte (eigentlich einzige) Haus in dieser Straße. Man kommt zwar an 2 Häusern vorbei, aber sie sehen sehr verlassen aus. So ist man mutterseelenallein auf dem Berg.Ruhe und Entspannung sind angesagt. Gemütliches Haus, toller Pool. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett!! Und wir haben super geschlafen!!!

Gastvrije verhuurders. Mooi huis met veel fijne plekjes. Het zwembad is heerlijk. In de avond is het goed toeven bij de buitenkeuken en haard.
