Juan and his home exceeded all expectations. He is an excellent communicator, responsive and has terrific local knowledge. The pool, basketball court and outdoor covered areas were our favorites to hang out and enjoy. The beds were comfortable and the AC was cold. What else could you need??? Highly recommended.

The neighborhood is easy to access, very safe and quiet. Super close to groceries, Quioscos, El Yunque, & just minutes from many great beaches. The host is incredibly attentive. We didn't need much from him, but he was always quick to respond and he was very helpful with all of our needs. The house itself was beyond a dream. Pictures don't do it justice. So much beautiful space to enjoy. BBALL court was a lovely bonus.Kitchen fully stocked w/cooking equipment. Very modern interior. Beds were comfy-Master is huge.
