CASA LINDA is a charming apartment in the middle of the historic centre of Amalfi.
It sleeps up to four people comfortably (one queen-size bed and two sleeper sofas). Casa Linda is very close to Casa Elisa and is conveniently situated in one of the most famous historical neighbourhoods (Piazza Spirito Santo), with an area of approximately 60 square meters (645 square feet).

There are steps (28 steps) from the bustling pedestrian district and one minute from the city centre, where you will find restaurants, shops, banks, public transportation (bus and boat ports) and taxi service.

The beaches are within walking distance from the apartment, and you will not need a car to stay at Casa Linda. However, if you have a car, we will provide you with a private parking garage for your convenience. Please note that the private parking garage has a fee, including the valet service.

The living area eat-in style kitchen has a four-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils and a four-person dining table. Then you'll find two twin-size pull-out sofas, one flat-screen TV, a large window with a view of the town, an air-conditioning/heating unit, and Wi-Fi.

One master bedroom with a private bathroom. The room is very comfortable and has a soft Queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, an air-conditioning/heating unit, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

PROOF OF ID
Italy has security standards that require every Host to record their guests' information: Italian law (named "DM Interno 07/01/2013")and communicate it to the Police Headquarters through the accommodations portal when they check in, without exception. For this reason, upon check-in, you must show a valid ID, such as a driver's license or passport; the local representative will take photos of the front and back of all identity documents.

LOCAL AGENT
Once in Italy, if you should need to, you can contact our local English-speaking representative, who is available during office hours for the whole duration of your holiday. One week before your arrival, you will be given the mobile number of the local agent, who can be contacted by check-in, SMS or phone.

SELF CATERING
Please note that this property is based on a self-catering contract; only the property-listed amenities are mandatory; anything else is not mandatory.

We try to be friendly and accommodate any request, but once inside the property is entirely up to the client to buy what is necessary for the holiday and to organise their day-to-day needs.

In the event of issues with the property that require maintenance, we are not bound to provide a repair within 24 hours, but within a necessary and fair timeframe, considering the local availability of maintenance services outside our management. We are not a hotel or a B&B with 24/7 maintenance staff available.
