Step from the bright living area onto the pool deck for a relaxed afternoon at home. Gather for a movie, share meals around the dining table or enjoy a friendly game of pool, air hockey or ping pong. Five bedrooms and five full bathrooms make mornings easier for families and groups.

ROOM TO SETTLE IN
The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes and a Keurig coffee maker. A washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and a workspace add everyday convenience. Each bedroom has a smart TV. A high chair and children's books and toys are provided.

POOL, BBQ AND OPTIONAL EXTRAS
The pool is private to your group. Optional pool heating costs $35 per day and must be requested in advance. A BBQ grill is available, with one full propane tank at the start of the stay; guests arrange any refill needed during their visit.

IMPORTANT ACCESS DETAILS
This is a privately managed home in the Encore community. Your stay includes the home, private pool and game room. Encore waterpark, clubhouse and shuttle access are NOT included. The gate pass provides community entry only.

ARRIVAL AND HOUSE RULES
Check-in starts at 4 PM; checkout is by 10 AM, Florida local time. Keypad and gate-entry instructions are provided before arrival. The driveway accommodates two vehicles. Early check-in, late checkout or luggage storage requires advance approval.

Maximum 12 registered guests. No parties, events, unregistered visitors, pets or indoor smoking. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Travel times to Disney and other attractions vary with traffic and the park or destination you choose. Please message through Vrbo with questions before booking.
