The property is surrounded by a well-tended, lush garden with lawn, it boasts a large terrace with outdoor kitchen equipped for al fresco dining and a beautiful swimming pool with sun terrace. Rental rules
Minimum stay 4 nights; 7 nights from 27/07 to 23/08 (arrival on Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels (for bookings of min 7 nights), midweek change of bath towels (for bookings of min 7 nights), table linen (for bookings of min 7 nights), midweek cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms 4 hours (for bookings of min 7 nights), welcome basket (breakfast items), cot.
Tourist tax: 2.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 7 nights, to pay cash on arrival.
