The nearest village offering  good amenities is Rosia, around 5 km away, offering a supermarket, bakery, bars and restaurants. Dining options can also be found in nearby villages, with the owners especially recommending Ristorante dal Cateni in Orgia, just a short drive away. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of Royal Golf La Bagnaia, only 1.5 km from the estate. Beautiful Siena is about 20 minutes away by car, while Florence, Arezzo, San Gimignano, the Chianti, the Val d’Orcia and seaside towns to the south such as Castiglione della Pescaia are all within easy reach for memorable day trips.

Granaio is a charming ground-floor holiday apartment with a furnished terrace overlooking the green communal gardens and the pool area. Inside, traditional style blends with comfortable furnishings and original terracotta floors. Exposed brick and natural stone walls highlight the rural and historic character of the accommodation, giving it a distinctive and authentic charm.
