Spacious and colonial style beach condo with a terrace overlooking the ocean, mountains, and golf course. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful living room and seating area, and an equipped kitchen.
You will be able to enjoy all the amenities that Reserva Conchal offers, like its extraordinary beach club with restaurant and swimming pool and direct access to the wonderful Playa Conchal, in a relaxed family atmosphere.

Among our purposes is ensuring that the unit meets the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Our housekeeping department provides a quality professional service, following cleaning and disinfecting protocols and reinforcing the tranquility and satisfaction of each of our guests. It is a team of qualified personnel that uses the best quality products, carrying out rigorous control in every corner of the unit, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. Upon arrival, you will find the unit perfectly prepared and checked by our team.
Public spaces at the buildings such as entry, elevators and elevator buttons and public bathrooms are deeply and often disinfected.
This unit has full access to Reserva Conchal beach club, gym, pools, jacuzzi and spa, complimentary paddleboards, kayaks, mountain bikes and shuttle ride to/from the condo to/from the beach club, golf course, main gate.
The Westin and W Costa Rica hotels are located inside Reserva Conchal resort. During your stay, we recommend checking with our concierges about the availability to visit the exclusive restaurants located in the different hotels of the resort.
Guests can enjoy on-demand complimentary shuttle service through the property and to the beach club or take a 5-minute drive on their own. Also, you may contact us for concierge services, it will be our pleasure to help you plan the details of your vacation. We can arrange car rentals, restaurant reservations, airport shuttles, tours such as sunset catamaran boat ride, ziplines, hiking, private chefs and more.
If you want additional cleaning services during your stay, we are happy to offer them. You only have to contact us so we can share our menu with you.
Crib service is available upon request and has an additional cost of $11.30 USD per night

The apartament was good overall. The kitchen clean and organized and the utensils in good shape.
Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there are a couple of points that could be communicated more clearly to future guests.
First, it was not evident from the listing that access to the property is only via stairs. This can be inconvenient when carrying luggage or transporting other items, so it may be worth mentioning more prominently in the property description.
Second, at checkout we were charged for stains found on some facial towels and the duvet. Unfortunately, we did not inspect these items upon arrival, and there was no practical way for us to determine whether the stains were already present before our stay. While the administration explained the protocols they follow to monitor the condition of the linens, guests have no means of independently verifying this information after the fact.
To avoid misunderstandings, it may be helpful to encourage guests to inspect and report any existing damage or stains immediately upon arrival. In situations like these, trust is important, but having a way to verify the condition of items at check-in would provide greater transparency and peace of mind for both guests and management.

Reserva Conchal is a great place to stay, all services and attentions available.
The apartment can acomodate 5 people perfectly, is well equiped and has everything you need but do not expect luxury, the unit is clearly for rental purposes, and the best of all is that OCC rentals make sure you have everything you need, great comunication through the whatsapp, they always answer eventhough we were there on the Easter holidays
We will definetly come back
