IMPORTANT PROPERTY UPDATE — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

From September 2026 through January 2027, remodeling will be taking place inside the garage area of the property. The construction crew will work exclusively in the garage and will not enter the home or guest living areas. Guests may occasionally see workers entering or exiting the garage from outside.

To minimize disruption, construction noise will be limited to after 9:00 AM. There may occasionally be construction materials or debris visible outside; however, our team will make every effort to keep the front of the property, driveway, and guest areas clean and presentable throughout the project.

Because of these temporary changes, we have already reduced our normal pricing by more than 20% for affected dates. The pricing displayed when booking already reflects this adjustment.

By booking the property with this disclosure included in the listing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and are aware of the garage remodeling, potential daytime construction activity, and removal of the game room. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!

While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. If you need a home where you party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors. External cameras have been installed to monitor the property for any unruly events and parties.

The driveway has enough parking to fit 3 vehicles. Please do not block the sidewalk as it will be cited by law enforcement.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit.

Our home provides sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests as follows:

3 Bedrooms
- Room #1 features 1 king bed (2 people max)
- Room #2 features 1 queen bed (2 people max)
- Room #3 features 1 full bed & 1 twin bed (2 people max)

We appreciate your interest in our accommodations and want to ensure a seamless experience during your stay. Please note that, due to our cleaning staff needing time to prepare for the next booking, early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not possible. To alleviate any inconvenience, we recommend booking an additional night if your travel plans involve arriving early or departing late. For instance, if your flight departs at 6 PM and our standard check-out time is 10 AM, booking an extra night will provide the flexibility you need. If you're arriving earlier than our 3 PM check-in time, reserving the night before ensures you can settle in at your convenience.
