Poderone is a small, welcoming hamlet set amidst the open, rolling countryside of the Alta Maremma in south-western Tuscany. A particular highlight is the thermal area of Saturnia, with the freely accessible Cascate del Mulino, around 30 minutes away. Further rewarding day trips include Siena, the Val d’Orcia, and the coast, with destinations such as Castiglione della Pescaia and the Maremma National Park.
