Guests of 1043 Caravel Court can sit back & relax on the balcony, taking in the perfect views, or take a short walk and enjoy complimentary access to the Harbour Town Pool (open seasonally). This 3 bedroom condo features two master bedrooms and an open dining and living room with a large flat screen, smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen and dining table, set for 6. This lovely villa is ideal for golf, beach lovers and nature lovers alike! Enjoy the miles of bike trails that wind their way throughout Sea Pines and past tranquil lagoons. Condo and building are well maintained and convenient to everything! We really enjoyed our stay and used both the pool and beach facilities which were great! The setup perfect for our family! We had 2 grandparents downstairs and the kids and parent upstairs- a perfect setup! The view was beautiful and Sea Turtle Realty was very responsive!

I'll start on a positive note, you can't beat this location. Walk to shops, the Quarterdeck, the Harbour Town Bakery & Cafe and the views! We arrived earlier than check-in so we walked around the harbour and saw and heard construction and realized they were on the roof of this villa. Nobody notified us, they were there throughout our stay. The villa itself was very nice and clean. The balcony was disgusting (along with a dead bird) and hadn't been swept or cleaned in a very long time. We got out the cleaning products and broom and made it presentable. The unit is very sparsely stocked. If you are used to having shampoo, body wash, salt and pepper, a working coffee pot or 2 working hairdryers...you won't find it here. There were four of us, so we made it work, we also had a lot of laughs because these were all little things that just kept adding up and up! We did not let it ruin our vacation though! The bakery had great coffee since we never were able to get the pot to brew properly. I will say that all these issues were reported, and they couldn't have been more thankful that I let them know. If you don't say anything, they can't fix it. They did give us a small refund, and I hope the next tenant will reap the rewards of my complaints! Even with all the issues, I would probably stay here again because it's such an awesome location.
