THE SPACE
Located on the first floor with easy elevator access, our villa boasts an open-concept living area that flows onto a private balcony with refreshing ocean views. Whether you`re here for a golf trip, a sports tournament, or a family reunion, the `extra-large` layout ensures everyone has room to breathe.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS (3BR / 3BA)
Primary Suite: King Bed, private balcony access, and a spa-like ensuite with a jetted tub.
Guest Suite 2: One King Bed and one Queen Bed with a private ensuite bath.
Guest Suite 3: Two Queen Beds with a private ensuite bath.
Total Beds: 5 Beds (Sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably).
RESORT AMENITIES
Private Beach Access: Just steps away across the street, featuring a handicap-accessible ramp, showers, and restrooms.
Pool & Sun Deck: Large outdoor swimming pool (unheated; open seasonally May–October).
Modern Kitchen: Fully stocked for family meals with a coffee maker, blender, and dishwasher.
Convenience: High-speed Wi-Fi, washer/dryer in-unit, and 2 dedicated parking spaces.

RENTAL POLICIES
Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present for the stay.
No motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts (HOA Rule).
No pets, smoking, or parties.
Elevator will be under repair during the month of October 2026. Please inquire about current status if necessary. Unit is up one flight of stairs.
Rules and Restrictions:
- You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation and must remain present the entire length of stay.
-Photo ID and message stating you agree to policies must be received before check-in information will be given.
-NO Smoking, Vaping, Drugs in Unit or on Balcony

The condo was exactly as described on the website. Across the street from the beach with easy access. Condo was clean and close to Highway 17 with many restaurants and shopping. Check in and check out we’re simple. Host was very responsive by text and phone. Excellent vacation with my family. Will definitely stay again when in Myrtle Beach!! Only two parking spaces per unit!

This Condo is exactly as pictured, the open floor plan made this unit so nice and comfortable. The Kitchen was large and the dining area very large and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is that the Master Bedroom have a clothes rack to hang clothes on because the closet is locked and it made it hard to have to share a closet. But other than that it was a beautiful place. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. This place was perfect for our 2 families. The kids (6 total) loved walking to the beach. There was space to spread out plenty of places to sleep! We will definitely check it out again if we are in the area. Stacie was great with communication for check in and check out procedures. Highly recommend!
