This property is tucked away in the country surrounded by quiet nature, beautiful big trees, and on the Lake with Lake access for those water toys or just to take a cool dip in the lake. There are Marinas for boat and water craft rentals close making it convenient if you want to enjoy the lake but do not own a boat or jet ski. There is a community boat ramp next the house for your use if you bring a boat or Jet Ski. Just a few miles down the road you will find an assortment of places to eat and shopping. Austin is a short drive with plenty of activites and nightlife.
