- a living-dining room with kitchenette (table 6 people, sofa bed, tv ...)
- a 100m2 terrace (ideal for letting children play safely in winter and summer, eating or relaxing in the sun with the very pleasant southern exposure).

Leave and return from the ski slopes on the terrace thanks to a small gate.
You can go out and enter the apartment by the French window (taking off your ski boots of course ;-))

Depending on the snow cover, it is generally possible to access the garage (ski room) without taking off your shoes.
