Had a fantastic time at 407 MainSail. The condo is comfortable, well appointed and in a great location. We are very familiar with Hilton Head so know where we like to be! Will look forward to renting again. Thank you so much for such an easy rental process.

Great location, mostly clean. Few maintenance odds and ends the management company should take care of, overall really nice layout and property.

Love the location and usually Mainsail but this condo desperately needs some updating and cleaning. The refrigerator had rust stains, broken ice maker and needed cleaning. The dishwasher looked like it was from the 70s and worked sporadically. Spent the first day we were in the condo cleaning. $2400 a week and had to go out and buy multiple cleaning products- especially during Covid! The furniture was rough, especially the living room pieces. If the rental fee was $1000 a week I wouldn’t be disappointed but expected way better for $2400 a week! :( Views were great though.
