This inviting home features three reverse cycle air conditioners, ensuring every living area stays warm and cosy on chilly winter nights and cool and refreshing during sunny summer days. Upstairs, the open plan and recently renovated kitchen, living and dining area is perfect for family gatherings. The kitchen features modern appliances, including a dishwasher and an 8-seater dining table. Step out onto the wrap-around deck to enjoy water views and fire up the gas BBQ for alfresco dining.
All bedrooms are conveniently located on the lower level. The master suite, or parents retreat, offers a Queen bed, ceiling fan and a private ensuite. An adjoining lounge can be part of the master suite or enjoyed by the whole family, complete with a TV and DVD player. Two additional spacious bedrooms feature comfortable double beds. The remaining two bedrooms each have two sets of bunks and ceiling fans, perfect for children. A dedicated kids retreat provides hours of entertainment with couches, beanbags, a TV and an Xbox.
Also on the lower level, you’ll find the main bathroom with a shower, separate bath, a separate toilet for added convenience and a laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Step outside to a fully fenced backyard with a grassy area, perfect for your pets to play and stay safely. Please note: Parking for this property is accessed via Cuttriss Street.

Location and layout were ideal for our family getaway. However the house could do with a thorough clean and replacement of some tired furniture.

Great to have so many beds for all us girls.
Unfortunately wet but had great time laughing and catching up.
Close to town, so could walk into shops.

The location is great. Easy stroll to the inlet beach and a comfortable walk into town. There are beds to sleep 14 but only 8 chairs at the table and then 4 stools which weren't comfortable to use at the table. There was an outside table downstairs but no chairs. And there were only 4 chairs on the upstairs deck but 1 was broken. The BBQ was not clean when we arrived and there were only 5 bowls and spoons. We borrowed some from family who live in Inverloch. The living space is not big enough for everyone to sit around together. We had 9 adults and some of us had to sit on kitchen chairs as there isn't enough lounge chairs. We were disappointed that while there was enough beds for a larger/extended family the other facilities didn't accommodate these numbers. We made it work and had a lovely time with our family who come from different parts of Australia to spend time together.
