For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool (16 x 11 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool. In the house: lift. Shop 300 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 300 m, café, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach 50 m.

Muy bien situado, unas amplias terrazas con unas vistas maravillosas a la montaña y al mar. El apartamento bien salvo un pequeño detalle, tenía el lavavajillas en la terraza de una de las habitaciones, incomodisimo.

Apparment placed at the top floor, with a beautifull terrace around the appartment. A very nice view of the garden and swimmingpool with the middeterinian ocean in the background, and on the other side a great view of the mountains. The appartment is well equiped and fits 2 adult and 2 children. In my opinion best buy in Denia, and we will look forward to come back soon.

Clean and spacious apartment, well equipped, close to the beach and with a lovely sea view. As an older couple who just want to relax, swim and loaf around, it was perfect.
