The screened-in porch was my favorite area to hang out with a couple of rattan sofas & a picnic table with a nice tablecloth. The kitchenette had a coffee maker, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate, & a blender. There were dishes, cups, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, & a few cooking tools. They supplied paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, & dish soap. There were 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths, & 2 bar towels. I was pleased that everything (paper & linens) were of good quality & not cheap, thin junk. The fridge was plenty big to hold the little bit of food & drinks that we brought. The outdoor shower inside the screened-in porch was nice after a day at the beach. You need to be sure to take a towel & clothes or a robe with you. The area is very quiet & felt private. I enjoyed listening to the water feature. Overall, the place was very clean. Since our main focus was hanging at the beach, we didn't take advantage of the game room, but the Foosball & pool table seemed very nice. The jetted tub was clean & relaxing. Not that we used it, but the back yard area with the firepit could use some TLC. Also, the clothesline string needs to be replaced. It was a great place to hang wet swimsuits in the evening. We drove the .6 miles straight up First Street to public beach access to park. We were always able to find a spot. We did borrow the chairs & umbrella. If we're lucky enough to get back to Kill Devil Hills, we'd stay here again!

Was very impressed with the place. The host was very nice and got to talk to him a couple of times. If we get back to the outer banks again we plan on staying there again
