Easy check in, close to our sons college house, great communication with owner

The cottage was small but cute. It's a motel room with a kitchen in the back. The room you walk into is both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom is a good size.I would rent here again for myself but it would be too small for more than a day or two to bring the husband and dog. There was no laundry in the room and I didn't look for laundry facilities.Very clean!

A very pleasant stay… quiet location and especially nice for 1 to 2 people, though only me.

The manager (owner?) was extremely responsive and helpful. Not far from the beach, but room was depressing. Tiny, and yes I could fit people on the other bed, but then no one could move.
