This home is just a 10 minute Uber ride to the San Diego Convention Center, Gaslamp Quarter, Mission Bay or San Diego International Airport and 5 minutes to Little Italy, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and Bankers Hill. This home is also walking distance to Historic Old Town where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and historic monuments.
If you prefer to enjoy San Diego from the comfort of this home, you won’t be disappointed.
From the west facing rooftop deck with outdoor living room furniture, enjoy a cocktail as you watch the planes fly into San Diego International Airport, enjoy the sunset over San Diego Bay, or watch the Sea World fireworks after dark. This house has panoramic views of the Downtown skyline, city lights, San Diego Bay and Pacific Ocean.
The backyard features an elegant pool and jacuzzi with chaise lounge chairs and ample seating for outdoor entertaining and eating.
Inside, you have five bedrooms that can sleep between 12-14 people, and 4 full baths.
Upstairs are two master suites, both with king size beds, ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets and access to a large west facing private terrace with chaise lounge chairs.
Two other guest rooms have queen beds. One guest room has a queen bed and a bunk bed, which will be updated in late June 2019 with two queen size bunk beds (that’s four beds, with upgraded mattresses and adult size beds, for the ability to sleep up to 8 in one room.)
We also provide a Crib in one master bedroom and have pack and plays for small children. Each bedroom features a large LCD TV with DVD player and individual air conditioning units.
All the bathrooms are tastefully decorated with stone showers and tub. Generous linens, pool towel, extra blankets and pillows are also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking supplies, pots/pans/plates/glassware/etc.
Enjoy the indoor or covered outdoor dining rooms, the gas BBQ, entertainment system and brand-new comfortable living room furniture.

Great house and we couldn’t have asked for a better location! The hot tub and pool were wonderful along with the rooftop area. We had some sleep even sleep on the roof! Would absolutely stay here again!

Top tier place to stay. The location and cost alone are worth it, but the communication and accessibility are also unrivaled perks to this location. The house was ready and beautiful on a short notice. Very grateful to have found this spot.

Host was not responsive via the app. He provided his contact # and when used on day of arrival when we were missing a minisplit remote (was located), he requested we use VRBO app messaging...which was never responded to for the entirety of our remaining 5 day stay. We arrived to a very hot and stuffy house that relies on minisplit units in each room for cooling. They worked well but the arrival experience isn't great when you get there and it's hot and stuffy. House overall just didn't feel clean... Feet were quickly black from walking around without shoes. Bedding was wrinkly like it had been wadded up in the closest then just pulled out. Wifi never worked. Keurig wouldn't work. They had a coffee pot - just don't buy pods and instead brew coffee. Dishes were not clean. One bedroom was missing a TV remote. Overall, the house felt oversold by the photos for the high price tag. Location and view was 10/10 though and we loved the French doors that overlooked the city.
