The kitchen flows into the Great Room that has gas fireplace, large screen TV, pool table and ceiling to floor windows. Outside deck off this floor with grill and seating for 8. Enjoy the view looking at the lake while enjoying quality time with your family and friends. 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms are on this floor. Bedroom #1 with King Bed with bathroom that has shower and bath. Bedroom #2 has Queen Bed.

Downstairs has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom #4 has a double bed and Bedroom #5 has a queen bed. There is a office space area that provides privacy if you need to get a little work done. Laundry room access to washer/dryer.

EV CHARGING: A Level 2 EV charger is now installed — an Emporia 48-amp station with a standard J1772 connector and a 25-foot cable, mounted outside next to the garage door. About 30-40 miles of range per hour, and charging is free for guests. No garage access is needed to reach it. It sits in a locked cabinet and we send the combination with your check-in details. Tesla drivers should bring their own J1772 adapter.

After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE INCLINE VILLAGE BEACH PASSES

Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.

Note on Map Distances and Beaches:

The platform automatically generates distance estimates (e.g., "5–10 minutes to the lake"). These are not added or controlled by us as the host. Some of our properties are located close to Incline Village’s private beaches; however, access to these beaches is restricted by IVGID (Incline Village General Improvement District) and is only available to property owners. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide guest access to these private beaches.

We kindly ask guests not to leave negative reviews for lack of lake access, as this is clearly explained in our listing's notes section and is outside of our control.
