The house was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was pleasant and quick responses. We caught fish in the canal and only a short boat ride to the Gulf. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back. Thank you for sharing your home

Awesome house on the water complete with a boat lift and pool! Laura is a terrific host and very easy to get in touch with. I would recommend this house to anyone interested in staying in or near St James City. Thank you Laura

The only thing I regret about this stay is that I did not have a boat to take better advantage of what this property had to offer. Owner was amazing communicator. Host requested a few things which were all justified in terms of cleanliness and economy for the stay. Pool was enclosed by a screen to keep the bugs out. We enjoyed it each day of our stay. Place was clean and very comfortable. Thumbs up!

We really enjoyed our time at the property. Laura was very helpful and promptly answered all of our questions. The house was very clean and well-equipped. It was very peaceful, private and quiet, with a preserve right across the canal. The dock and boat lift were in great shape, and had water and electricity in close proximity. We cooked in several nights and found the kitchen to be very well organized with plenty of pots/pans and cooking utensils. Overall it was a wonderful experience and look forward to staying there again.
