The most well-outfitted VRBO I’ve ever stayed at (and I have stayed at dozens). Everything we could want or need was already there!The location was superb- across the street from the beach, a couple minutes walk to a playground for the grandsons, and the best clam shack (The Clam Box) steps away from the playground! Close to a T stop (we drove because we had little kids with us).The bedroom arrangement is slightly strange with rooms inside rooms, but worked out great for our group- grandparents and family of four.The kitchen was great! Gas range, large fridge, large sink, plenty of cookware, dishes, cutlery, glassware, etc. also prior guests (I suppose) had left sugar and spices. Keurig with coffee pods (thank you!) electric kettle (a necessity for our Brit son-in-law), and a filtered water container for the fridge, plus plenty of ice cube trays.The place was spotlessly clean! There were plenty of towels, and even facial tissue, and hand soap at every sink.We had a couple of issues and they were taken care of quickly with a phone call to the host.We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

Kitchen is great and well stocked. Loved being so close to the ocean.

Overall it was a nice property with a good location, good communication with the host. Floors were vacuumed but needed to be washed, the soles of our feet or socks were literally black after a short time. Did not like the fact that we could not adjust the airconditioning temperature but had to contact the host to change the temperature setting. Left control knob on the stove did not provide a solid “off” settingThis was actually a two bedroom house because one “bedroom” was in an open room (no door) delineated only by a drape.

Although very clean, the layout of the bedrooms was poorly conveyed. One bedroom upstairs on a landing rather than a study with no air-conditioning. Downstairs you had to walk through a bedroom to access the other. Other than the kitchen and patio the apartment hadn't been renovated it looked tired in need of upgrading. The beds, furniture, soft furnishings and cutlery/dinner set were poor. The kitchen utensils and other equipment was excellent.
