We really enjoyed the large renovated apartment just 10 minutes walking distance to the center of Florence. It was a beautiful apartment with tons of space and modern. The communication was really good and we had everything we needed. The location was on a street with a nearby laundry mat, very good pizza and steak restaurant, and coffee shop below. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the host having towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer. There is a washing machine. There is a small elevator up to the property. There is a little learning curve with the keys, but a little practice and you get it. We would stay again.
