This is the perfect holiday home for those looking tranquility in a residential area. One bedroom and bathroom with shower, a wonderful garden with sunbeds and BBQ, perfect to enjoy a meal outdoors.

Its nice communal pool is only a few metres from it. There is a supermarket in the neighbourhood walking distance, as well as some coffee shops.
This area is very well connected, with several bus stops around, and wonderful for taking long walks or bycicle rides, really close to Meloneras and Maspalomas resorts.
Maspalomas beach is a nice 30 minute walk or 4 minutes by car.

The bungalow met our expectations following the pictures. The place is very secure with front gate and parking available. Really nice terrasse and barbecue as well. Easy and flexible arrival but if late you have to pay extra. If you stay longer than a week they provide a cleaning mid-stay which is super nice. Supermarkets etc are 5min drive away, nothing really close enough by foot.A few remarks though : nice quiet place except that the gardeners are almost working every morning making noise so we couldn’t really sleep in late without being woken up. Another unfortunate issue was that the pool was closed during our whole stay due to a broken pipe. They didn’t inform us before our stay. Super sad about it since we chose this place for it. We discussed with Carlos and got a refund, even though not as high as we had hoped.Overall a great place to stay that I would recommend 😊
