The primary suite features a new Sealy king mattress, and all bedrooms are furnished with new furniture and flat-screen TVs. Relax on the screened porch overlooking the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, enjoy the large backyard, or take the electric golf cart to nearby Martinique pools, beaches, and tennis courts. IMPORTANT NOTES
You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking. No parties or events. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Boats, trailers, and motorcycles are not allowed. Golf carts cannot be parked in the condo lot or on non-prepared surfaces (sand, landscaping, dirt, or yards). Guests are responsible for any fines incurred for violations of association rules.

The house was well laid out, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The golf cart is a wonderful addition to the rental. Family friendly and clean with everything you need for your stay. Our family of 6 really enjoyed our time there. However, we did have an issue with the washing machine which needed to be repaired or changed out. When used it would vibrate so badly it would bounce around the area and could be heard throughout the house. We reported the issue first thing Monday morning and it was checked out on Monday afternoon. We received a report from our host that it would be replaced. They were not able to schedule the replacement before our week ended. This house had a charcoal grill and according to the rules sheet in our house it specifically stated NO charcoal grills allowed. Secondly, the guest was required to clean the grill which is a nasty job that we would rather not do when on vacation.

Martinique on the Gulf is a lovely private community with uncrowded beaches. The property was in geat shape. The only problem we had was getting the key in and out of the door which we figured was due to sand in the key hole. Very enjoyable week.

House was very nice and was a good space for our family of 6. The Martinique complex was a very nice, quiet community. Both pools were very nice. It was great having a golf cart to ride around the community. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Location was the best thing about the property. Right across from the pool. There was great communication with the rental company. But the house needed some upgrading
