Located directly on the shores of beautiful Lake Chiemsee, with views of the Chiemgau Alps and the islands, are our luxuriously appointed “Graf Chiemo Suites.”

Immerse yourself in an unforgettable and unique experience right on the “Bavarian Sea”!

Construction began in early 2023 following meticulous planning down to the finest detail.
The property combines a traditional architectural style with high-quality modern furnishings.
The handcrafted floors, custom-built fixtures, and integrated natural stone elements from regional artisans create a truly special, cozy atmosphere!

You can conveniently drive your car into the free underground parking garage and access your suite directly via the elevator with barrier-free access. A security surveillance system and electric vehicle charging stations round out every comfort.

In the spacious suite, with up to 100 square meters of living space, you’ll find a comfortable living and dining area with a high-end kitchen. The beautifully situated sun terrace, just 200 meters from Lake Chiemsee, invites you to relax.

A special highlight is the private lake access, which you can reach directly from the house. A boat service for the whole family and friends is available in the immediate vicinity.

The luxuriously equipped kitchens are designed to inspire you to cook. For inspiration, we offer a selection of cookbooks by top chefs—all of whom are known to the homeowner and some of whom have even cooked here before.

The surrounding restaurants, of course, also offer a wide variety of cuisines, ranging from Bavarian to Italian to Asian.

We want you to feel right at home here—even more so than at home.
Let us pamper you—or pamper yourself.

Warm regards, the Wallner family
