l appart a ete remis en peinture , dommage que nous ayons du enlever les traces au sol , sur les plaintes en meme temps que le ménage de départ ! j en ai laissé beaucoup , mais ce que j ai enlevé m a pris un certain temps , je croyais que c était des traces que nous avions fait durant notre séjour ! mis a part cela , l appart est bien situé , sur le port , propre , meuble " vieillot " mais confortable . c est grand et bien agencé malgrès la petite cuisine résidence calme .

Très bonne situation de la location. Mais l'appartement necessite un rafraîchissement général, mobilier vétuste, prises de courants non fonctionnelles, évacuation douche et lavabo bouchées, télévision limitée à quelques chaînes nationales et locales avec mauvaise réception, et pas d'accès wifi qui à notre époque n'est pas acceptable.
