Stayed here with my husband and teenage daughter and we loved it! Small but plenty of space for us! The distance to the pool and beach access was the best. Hopefully we will get to stay here again in the future!My daughter also forgot a dress in Texas and we had a friend send it to the management office for us and they actually brought it to us! I was fully expecting to go and get it so that was much appreciated. My only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror somewhere…but that’s just a suggestion. And not a dealbreaker

Great carriage house and great location. Small but perfect for a small family (we had the 2 kids ages 12 and 5 in the loft). Smaller bathroom but it worked and plenty of shelves for storage. Only issue was no ice maker / freezer but not a big deal. Very nice!

Overall, the carriage house was beautiful. Comfy beds, all the amenities, bicycles for exploring 30A and walking distance to the town. Our only complaint is that we had wished they would have disclosed the construction of the new street right outside the window prior to our renting. We woke at 7:00 am to the home shaking and this went on all day. We unfortunately were unable to enjoy the home due to the noise level. I would recommend you let your next renter know
