To stay on Seabrook Island, it seems one must stay inside the Seabrook Island club property, which is vast and sports many beautiful homes as well as condominium units. This unit is on a golf course, with a very pretty view and patio overlooking a fairway. The amenities were fine, full kitchen and laundry. Dining in the main club, restaurants and enjoying the large pool, located oceanside, is convenient and expensive. Micro chipped towels must be rented, a piña colada cost $25, and a margarita $21. There are a number of boardwalks leading out to a wide beach that rented bicycles can be written directly on, with expansive views and dolphins, literally within feet of the shore. There’s a small shopping village just outside the primary entrance to the property, filled with restaurants, shops, and a large grocery store. It is definitely worth visiting. The entire property is very pretty and fun to ride bicycles around. There were some communication problems with the host that were on my end, and graciously worked around by the host. A booklet containing trails and paths and restaurant information et al, was provided in the condo, but there was no sense of personal welcoming re a welcome note from the host, or an offering of a bottle of wine or some other treat, and few instructions re appliances, no kitchen sponge, and very little counter space, yet still a full service kitchen. No DVD/CD player was a small disappointment. Still, we enjoyed our stay, and the price was fair.

Very nice place. Clean and comfortable. We will definitely check for availability the next time we plan to visit.

Everything was very clean with nice towels and linens. Looks like recently renovated.
