The Amadeus is a smaller water front building with only 10 condos, centrally located just a block from the easy beach access in Treasure Island. It features a beautiful large sundeck water side and sparkling heated pool. There's a great dock to fish or just sit, relax and watch dolphins and manatees go by.
This spacious upper floor condo has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with its own private balcony. The décor is comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped for those evenings you want to stay in. Beautiful wood flooring in the open living and dining area. A comfortable condo at a great value with a perfect location! The private balcony from this condo has an obstructed view of the water. Just a short walk to the beach, a Publix market, and Ricky Ts (live music daily). The condo interior is dated but we were there for the beach and felt it provided all of the necessities we needed.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.

it would be perfect if the owner of this apartment would invest a little love. The apartment is in a great location but the furniture is all old and should be renewed.

A little TLC goes a long way. It’s the little things, wall mounted tvs, updated living room & bedroom furniture,(white wicker furniture now gray & dirty- curtain rod hung up with Command strips) repairs made in the bathrooms (cracked vanity top, missing the stopper in the sink). And please inspect the rocker in the LR, I have several bug bites around my feet. My husband doesn’t, he sat in the recliner. Such a nice area to visit, parking lot was well lit & building was nice. I was disappointed though that no care was taken into the visitors spending their time away from home. Just try!!!
