The apartment is practically a window to the sea, with a breathtaking view, in a very peaceful geographical context. Perfect scenario for a holiday.
The apartment overlooks the enchanting Gulf of Castellammare, giving you the opportunity to enjoy beautiful sunsets !!!!!!! All around a sea that, depending on the breeze, changes from blue to green to blue. You also have the opportunity to take long walks on the beach below, accompanied by the singing of seagulls and an intense scent of the sea.

The first price refers to a basic rate for 2 people, each additional person will be quantified as extra based on the period.
The apartment must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.
The consumption of water, electricity, gas, linen and WIFI internet are included in the price, air conditioning is not included in the price.
Final cleaning (€ 50 per stay)
Air conditioning on your request (€ 50 per week)

We stayed for a week in Balestrate in this lovely apartment. Everything was very easy - the apartment had all we needed, the town lovely shops, restaurants and bars. The beaches are beautiful, and it was so lovely to be able to look out over the bay in the evening and watch the sun set over the mountains. Yudy was very helpful and the neighbours and others in the town very friendly. Really recommend a visit - it couldn't have been nicer! thank you!

This apartment was just like the pictures, clean and cosy. We had all we need to make our vacation a wunderfull experience. The view was amazing, even with the stormy weather. Balestrate is a friendly little town with a perfect location to visit this part of Sicily.
We would like to stay here more than two weeks, so we will surtenly coming back.
