The place was great the only things that were not right is they want to charge for extras, the use of the washer and dryer, early check in which for us wasn’t an option as the other guests were still there but they charged us 50 to drop our bags off so we didn’t have to lug them around, which we were thankful for.overall the place is nice and local to everything with a 10 minute walk

Had an amazing time in Aruba. Communication was outstanding prior to our visit and throughout the entire time. Julie checked us in and showed us everything and provided recommendations on what to see and do on the island. House was extremely clean and has everything you need. Highly recommend staying here!!!!

Harman and his team went out of their way to assist us with any issue we had.

Good location, convenient to the shops and restaurants of Palm Beach. It is walkable (~15 min to mall, 20-25 to beach), but you’ll need to use a dirt road cut through and cross the highway. We only did it once during our stay since we had a car.
Pool area is nice to have and a good place to relax, but there is some iguana poop. The gated driveway and storm shutters make it feel private and safe. Air conditioning works well and kept us comfortable. Shower pressure is too low and hot water only runs for a minute or two. The outdoor shower is warm enough and better than the indoor ones. Sheets/bedding could be improved, but 2 out of the 3 beds are comfortable. Kitchen has the basics needed for a short-term stay.
Overall, the home is fine and Harman and Richard are very attentive and available hosts. We had all the information we needed before and during our stay. Thank you, Harman, for opening your home to us!
