We had a fantastic month enjoying the gorgeous views of both the gulf and intercostal. Everything you need to relax on the beach was there. Beach chairs, umbrellas and frisbees too! The location is perfect for restaurants and fun beach bars. If you are a walker it’s a quick jaunt over the bridge to Clearwater which is a plus. The pool and hot tub were great as were the tennis/pickle ball courts. The host was terrific and check-in was easy which is appreciated after a long road trip. We had a fabulous time!

We loved the condo, the complex and its location. Radwa was excellent to deal with. Always responsive.

Perfect spot for a beach and pool vacation. Beach was quiet and not too crowded. Pool was fabulous the kids loved it. You can walk to convenient store, shops and restaurants right across the street. Not far over the bridge are tons of activities. Great time. Thanks

Good location and nice pool and beach views/access. The host is nice and responsive. However- The condo needs a lot of updating and needs to be cleaned better prior to hosting families. There was dust and my daughter kept finding prior tenants snacks/unwrapped candy/etc. under one of the chairs. Furniture was old and worn out. The balcony door locks didn’t work and we had to fix them for safety (the owner did reimburse us for that)
