Stunning Views! Relax and rewind in this Oceanfront retreat... This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom professionally decorated Cottage will have you on beach time within minutes. You enter this home through a beautiful kitchen, fully equipped with Kitchen Aid appliances, a Mr. Coffee machine, and a bar top with seating for four. The kitchen flows into the dining area, where you will find an oversized table with seating for eight. The first floor is home to a cozy living area with ample seating and a peaceful master suite, as well as access to the first-floor furnished screened-in porch. Finishing off the first floor is a one-car garage, powder room, and stackable full-size washer and dryer. On the second floor, you will find a quaint sitting area and a 4th bedroom with a twin bed and trundle. The second floor also houses two guest bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and access to the second-floor balcony. The balcony boasts cozy lounge seating for a large group to enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets. This home comfortably sleeps 8 and comes equipped with a gas grill, high chair, pack-n-play, smart TVs, beach/lounge chairs,beach towels, 2 bicycles unbeatable views. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access, and a community fire pit.

Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a beach deck, dune area and seawall.
Access Points: There are three beach access points with the main access located near the pool and clubhouse, one access point in the mid-north area and another at the south end of the Cottages.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. The sand area landside of the seawall is accessible at all times for recreaation.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, therefore we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.

The home was very clean and well cared for, the management company was very responsive with good communication. The home had all the equipment needed. It is a great location and a lovely view of the ocean. This home is very near a path that goes to the sand in front of the seawall. Easy access to all the activities available.

The location is ideal and this is our second time staying in this complex. The unit was very clean however there were some scuffs on the wall in one guest room and the tv has clearly been removed from the other guest room with holes in the wall. Other than that the place is located perfectly. You are right on the beach with great views and a short walk to the pool. We enjoyed the bikes and chairs that were included. The only real gripe I have is there is only two dishwasher tabs included and a limited supply of TP and paper towels. For what it costs, I felt they could have supplied enough for a week’s stay. You will need to grab more for sure. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Jekyll.

The beds were clean, except for the extra room that was locked when we got there and upon getting it unlocked, the comforter on that bed was not clean at all. We just chose not to use the room. The fridge was not cleaned very well, and the ridge drawers are missing fronts somehow. The cleaners swept all the dirt/sand/etc into a corner by the front door and left it there. Community pool was also very dirty, needs a good scrub/pressure wash as there is green and black gunk around the edges.

Wonderful place to stay. Lovely porches overlooking ocean. Plenty of space for people to spread out. Workroom and pool were very nice! Only suggestion would be to buy a small kurig coffe maker for the unit!
