This was our third year staying at your home in Chandler and the experience was once again terrific. The home presented perfectly and was extremely clean as expected. This home has ever amenity needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen has nice appliances and plenty of dishes/silverware to accommodate ten men. There are nice linens and plenty of towels...even some rollout cots if needed. The pool and the grounds were very clean. The yard service crew came on our last day to make sure everything was dialed in. The home has plenty of games including billiards, ping pong, corn hole and air hockey....but most of our time was spent sitting around the fire table. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The home is in an ideal spot for restaurants, fuel, groceries and accessible to the highway. On the first day, one of the showers was draining slowly. I contacted the Evolve team and it was serviced that morning....before we returned from our golf round. Kudos for taking care of the issue so quickly. There is nothing that the home needs to improve. It's a really great spot.
