The Space:

Casa Monmar is located within the exclusive Las Colinas Hillside Residences at Puerta Cortés Resort. The home has been recently updated with new furnishings and modern kitchen appliances, offering a comfortable and functional layout ideal for families or groups.



The property includes:

• 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

• Primary bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom with bathtub

• Second bedroom with a king-size bed

• Third bedroom with twin beds

• Optional folding single bed available for an additional guest



Each bedroom features a 55” Smart TV. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and private parking.



Small dogs under 20 lbs are welcome with prior no authorization. A pet fee applies.



Guest Access:

All guests staying at Casa Monmar enjoy access to select amenities within Las Colinas and the greater Puerta Cortés Resort, offering comfort, convenience, and beautiful surroundings.



Within Las Colinas, guests have access to:

DISCLOSURE:

The Las Colinas community pool has been temporarily closed for repairs since June 1, 2026, and will remain unavailable until further notice. This HOA-managed project may generate light daytime maintenance activity. Guests continue to enjoy access to Puerto Beach Club by Hotel Indigo and other available resort amenities.



IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE (Updated: July 21, 2026) Please note that effective July 21, 2026, Puerta Cortés has implemented a new policy for vacation rental guests wishing to access Puerto Beach Club and the Hotel Indigo pool.

Access is subject to the following minimum food & beverage consumption:



-Adults: MXN $800 per person

-Children accompanied by an adult: No minimum consumption

-Teenagers visiting without an accompanying adult: MXN $500 per person

Getting Around:

How to arrive:

Puerta Cortés Resort is located along the Sea of Cortez in La Paz.

• From La Paz International Airport (LAP): approximately 20–25 minutes by car

• From Los Cabos International Airport (SJD): approximately 2 to 2.5 hours by car via a scenic coastal route



Taxis, private transfers, and car rentals are available from both airports. Our team can assist with arranging airport transfers in advance for a smooth arrival.



Getting around the resort:

Within Puerta Cortés, guests can move easily on foot or by using the provided golf cart. The resort features pedestrian paths and convenient access to the marina, dining areas, golf course, and common spaces.



Getting around La Paz:

Downtown La Paz and the Malecón are about a 10–15 minute drive. Ride-hailing services, taxis, and private drivers are readily available. For guests who prefer not to drive, we can help arrange private transportation or recommend reliable local services.

• Marina Puerta Cortés: walking distance for boat tours, fishing, and Espíritu Santo Island excursions

Resort policies and access:

Access to resort amenities, including the Beach Club and common areas, is subject to resort rules, operating hours, and availability. These policies are managed by the resort administration and may change without prior notice.



Occupancy and additional fees:

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Additional guests may incur extra nightly charges. Use of the golf cart requires a valid driver’s license, signature of a liability waiver, and a refundable security deposit. Community rules for Las Colinas must be respected at all times.



Additional services such as housekeeping, grocery pre-stocking, transportation, tours, and concierge arrangements are available upon request for an extra cost.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST...

As part of the check-in process, a security deposit hold is required upon arrival at the property using a bank terminal. This works similarly to the authorization hold used by hotels at check-in and check-out.

The security deposit is mandatory in order to complete the check-in process and is held as a security measure for the protection of both our guests and the property. The amount depends on the property and will be either $1,000 USD / $20,000 MXN or $500 USD / $10,000 MXN.

Please rest assured that this is only a temporary hold and is not an actual charge unless there is a need to cover any damages or other applicable charges.
