When it’s time to dine, there’s plenty of seating for everyone – eight seats at the kitchen island, a cafe table for four, and a Gulf view dining table for six set under a crystal chandelier.

With four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this home accommodates up to 14 guests, making it ideal for large groups. The luxurious primary suite features a King bed, Gulf views through glass sliders, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, separate shower, and even a TV. The second and third bedrooms have a King and Queen bed, respectively, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids with a full-over-full bunk bed with a trundle.
