Enjoy the serenity of the outdoors with a large infinity pool, cozy fireplace and firepit, 100m² of timber decking, and 300m² of lush lawn—ideal for gatherings or quiet reflection.

Events are welcome with prior approval. If you're planning a wedding, hens night, birthday celebration, engagement party, or similar gathering, please contact us before booking to discuss your plans. Note that for events over 30ppl, the full property must be booked, which can also be found on Stayz titled “Peaceful Country Escape” sleeping up to 21 total.

As a rural property, encounters with local wildlife are part of the charm. You may hear birdsong, spot neighbouring horses (please admire but don’t feed them), or notice the occasional bug or mouse trap—these are precautionary and part of country living. While the home is thoroughly cleaned before each stay, midgies, mosquitoes, flies, and Japanese millipedes may make an appearance.

Our community treasures the peaceful atmosphere. To maintain this, please observe the outdoor sound curfew of 10pm. If your plans involve more than a quiet getaway for up to 15 guests, please contact us before booking to ensure your event aligns with local expectations.

The property especially the lounge is smaller than what was shown on the online photos. Also a few fittings like the exposed toilet flushing control in the master bedroom could have be repaired before renting. However overall experience was fine and the host was very responsive and also very kind in letting us stay over the official checkin and checkout times.

Awesome set up just what we wanted

Property is large and a great option for families and friends. However the house is in need of maintenance and a deep clean. Bedding was old and we found it odd to have personal photos and the owners clothing in all of the wardrobes. On arrival all exterior bins were over flowing and we had nowhere to put rubbish. The property is in a great private setting yet still close to beaches and Mandurah.
