This is the Penthouse on calle 10 A, 3 blocks from Park lleras... WHY HERE? View from the deck. Plus freedom. AC not only in bedroom but living room and kitchen. Roof deck to entertain. Building doesn't have Colombian families in it to tell you what or who you can have over. 6 blocks to Park lleras. Supermarket Carulla across the street, and the views off the balcony. Every bedroom has in room bathroom, 2 king beds and one queen. All rooms have a safe, Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer. This is a duplex you enter the apartment all 3 bedrooms are on entrance, then right upstairs is your living room, kitchen and huge balcony. Can have some noise. Wall safes in each apartment.

It was good stay

Due to previous guests, I was unable to stay at exact unit i had reserved, but they put me up at similar unit. Property management was very responsive to me every time I messaged with any questions. The location is very good if looking to stay in Provenza area of Poblado.

The property is located around many things, ranging from different cafes, coffee shops, supermarkets, restaurants, the metro, buses taxis and nightlife activity. The overall condition of the apartment is acceptable but does have a lot of stairs. Iwould stay rhere again

Overall property was very nice and as pictured. As others have mentioned, the rooftop is what sets it apart with the kitchen opening up to a large rooftop with an 8 person jacuzzi that works. The communication with some of the 'hosts' for checkin was a little slow but not terrible; it's Colombia so one can expect a slower response time. I'd stay again.
