Kitchen was good. We did have to bring our own Kurig coffee maker .Otherwise it was fine .Tv was a challenge since we could not get any basic channels for the news. Overall we had a good time. The owner was very accommodating since we had to extent our stay because of the weather. Andre is very pleasent and helpful. Would recommend this rental.

The location is great in terms of proximity to bay and ocean beaches. The host was very responsive when we had questions. Bedrooms were all a good size. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped for cooking. It was super convenient to have linens (eg, sheets, towels) provided and they were of good quality. The house is on a main road, so there was noise from passing cars. We left the windows closed most of the time to dampen the sound.
