The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, range, microwave/range hood, and bar stools for enjoying meals in your condo. The bedroom features a king bed with a Tempurpedic mattress. For additional sleeping space, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area.
The resort provides towels for the pool area, but guests are asked not to bring them to the beach. Please bring your own beach towels and any beach accessories.

The place was clean and the bathroom looks newly remodeled. The location was ideal. However, The living room sofa was disrespectfully dirty and the ceiling had openings in the panels. If those 2 issues are rectified we would stay here again. Parking was ideal and convenient

The photos seemed a bit out dated. While everything appeared as in the photos the sofa and linens showed wear. The AC did not work, but the host had this resolved within a few days. Overall good stay for the cost. Can’t beat the location though. Just far enough away from the busy area, but still close enough to walk.

Beach view was good. Overall cleanliss was decent but Couch was filthy. So much so, we had to lay a blanket on it to feel comfotable to sit on it. Area in ceiling where ceiling tiles were in seriously in disrepair. But overall it was a cute place.

Let me start off by saying the good news. Condo was clean and quiet. Now the rest.
Can't turn the AC below 68. If you like sleeping with the lights on then the bedroom is for you. Window has no dark out curtains, lights come straight in. I had to hang clothes and towels over the blinds to try and get some peace. The bed is an old school rail bed on wheels. If you don't move you're fine, if you move get used to noise.
The rules of this place are two pages long. Fart, get charged. Leave any garbage, charged. TV remote not set just right, charged. You get the idea.
Check in process bring a notepad and pen for the codes. Code for this, code for that.
Pool stinks.
Now if you don't step foot off the property, you are ok. Step off the property and if you want to walk anywhere, be prepared. Bums, hookers, Piggly Wiggly, delapitated buildings, garbage etc. Place is a complete dump.
Now if you want to drive inland, no problem. Don't walk anywhere.
I booked four nights an check out after the second night. I would have left after night one but had to wait for another place to open up.
