Lovely stay at property, very clean and plenty of room. One minus was the sofa covered by a blanket... sofa Needs to be replaced... will stay again because of location and views... Thanks

It was a clean property however there are some small maintenance issues I think need to be taken care of starting with the outside grass was in need of mowing it was knee high, kitchen trash can lid broken, main bathroom shower doors not sliding properly, cracks/holes in the shower surround, shower head could use a replacement and a loose shelf handing from the wall in guest bathroom. Overall it was clean and sufficient for a quick stay for my son’s orientation at UNCC. It is very close to the train which you will hear in the night time but I’m a light sleeper so it was expected.

Few items in need of repair but overall good communication, and was clean. Would not hesitate to stay again if needed. No pans for the oven found had to pick some cheap disposable pans.

We were very pleased with our stay on our quick trip to Charlotte. The place was perfect and we highly recommend staying here as we would definitely book this place again. Thank you so much for hosting us.
