This was a great location for access to our charter and had space for us to gather afterward. As is common in this area, it’s more pleasant to have bottled water for drinking.

Nice location. Apartment would be more inviting with some indoor seating maybe an end stand with a table lamp. A TV would be nice. Most people sit down to put their shoes on, we had to bring deck chairs inside to accomplish that.

The view from the room windows and the balcony was amazing. It felt so nice to be in the quiet while also listening to the ocean, wind, and birds. The apartment was super basic but perfect for what we needed as it was a step up from camping on the fair grounds for a music festival we attended.

It was a good experience and the host was very helpful. Better blackout curtains would help out for sleeping.
