Great Location and Plenty of Space! Ryan addressed our minor concerns promptly. Friendly and Safe neighborhood and the Pool is just steps away (and its heated.) Lovely Lake View from Large Screened-in Lanai!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had all the things that we needed. We really enjoyed the lanai, and watching the flordia wildlife from it. We also enjoyed having the pool right across the street from our unit. Although we arrived right after hurricane Ian, and couldn't visit places we were interested in seeing. Our experience was still fantastic, and maybe sometime in the future we may return. I would definitely recommend this condo to anybody that would like to visit Ft. Myers.

We loved the condo. It was exactly as pictured, and had nearly everything we needed. Loved the lanai, and watching the wildlife in the pond. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We really only dealt with the entrance staff, even though we had a license we sometimes had a difficult time entering.

We only had a problem with security gate entrance. After giving our license we had to continue answering questions until four days before we left they recognize who we were. Kept asked us who we were visiting, we were renting there for a month!!!
