Very easy check-in and check-out process. Ramon was easy to contact and responded promptly. Location was very good. Place was just the right size for the both of us. Enjoyed our time in Puerto Rico.

Overall great experience and a really great location. Coffee shop and restaurant in the building are great! My only issue was how the door locked promptly at 11am on checkout. We were out at 10:50 but while waiting for the Uber, my daughter realized that she forgot something. She got up to the room right at 11 and the code didn't work anymore. A 10 or 15 minute grace period would be nice. im sure the owner would have helped but the time it would have taken to get in touch with him and get it open means we would miss our über, etc. Luckily, it was something she could do without.
