There are multiple maintenance issues that need resolving such as stove top burners that are very unlevel. Hot water temperature needs lowering to prevent scalds. There were roaches in the cabinets. The appliances and furnishings in general are very old. The light in the fridge hangs down and will burn you if you touch it. The sliding glass door is hard to move and has no curtain. Birds have nests in the ceiling above the parking area and are leaving droppings everywhere. It’s a cute house but needs some TLC.

Place is clean. Out dated but most important is cleanness. Kitchen needs updated pots pans dishes Location was great. We enjoyed our stay

We had everything we needed and all furnishings and equipment (coffee maker, dishwasher, heat/AC, showers, etc.) worked well. The building is old and rustic with no updates in baths or kitchen. Supplies were minimal, e.g., no hand soap in baths or kitchen. So our stay was adequate with no problems, but next time we'll look for something with more modern touches.
