Great neighborhood right in the center of town. You will find almost anything you need within 2 blocks. The grocery store, pharmacies, and many restaurants and shops. Only three blocks to 5th Avenue, so you can easily walk everywhere.

We really loved the rooftop pool and terrace.

I really enjoyed my stay in this unit. The roof top pool is one of the largest I have seen in Playa. The condo is spacious, has good air flow, and has the basics of what you need for a short stay. Jacqueline was very pleasant to work with and I was impressed with the speed that any concerns were addressed. For example some window locks were not working, I had sticks to secure the windows the next day. There is construction the next block over and there was some noise during. The day only. There is construction everywhere in Playa and this nearby construction did not disrupt my stay. This was a peaceful and safe place to call home for a bit. I would recommend this unit to others and anticipate I will be back to stay again. Thanks again Jacqueline, you are a star! I really appreciate you commitment to being a great property manager, from the first contact you have been consistent, prompt and stuck to your word. Gracias!
