Arranged on 2 floors with a large living room with direct access to the terrace of 70sqm. with a splendid view of the center of the lake and furnished with table chairs and deck chairs and with a large electric awning for the sun. The interior also includes 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a single bed. Possibility of adding another single bed. A modern kitchen complete with all fittings, 2 bathrooms one with shower and one with bathtub.
Access for guests
Access to the apartment is via a private walkway facing the street inside a beautiful complex of 4 recently renovated buildings surrounded by a lush well-kept garden. There are no steps and the private parking space / garage is practically adjacent to the entrance of the apartment.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lake Como in this beautiful house. Massimo was so kind and accommodating and we loved that there was food, drinks and wine right in the house available for purchase. We will definitely be back!!

Our host Massimo could not have bee more gracious. Beautiful place, recently rehabbed. Truly felt like home. Host could not have been more accommodating (including having electric converters on each side of the bed - nice touch). Great view!

We stayed here with our 2 adult children (4 people total) for a week. It was a great property. Absolutely spotless with well appointed rooms and kitchen. Very close to Varenna with easy access to the ferries, but a little away from the tourist crowds. The host was responsive and nice. Really a gem overall.

Gorgeous view from deck. The owner Massimo met us and is rightly very proud of his apartment. The kitchen was modern, remodeled bathrooms.
