This host was great. We had an issue with the air-conditioning. He sent someone out right away to get it fixed and kept in contact with me the entire stay

The home was very clean however slightly dated. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Great location not far from the strip. Overall a great experience. I would definitely consider staying there again.

The linens in the property were very good. Check in was easy. Host was very responsive. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The home was clean. There were several issues that we reported to the host after our stay, which he indicated would be fixed: (1) no way to make ice; (2) non-working lamp in one of the bedrooms; (3) towel bar on master bath shower door broken; (4) one of the coverlets on twin bed dirty (which we laundered); (5) broken window in kitchen; (6) blinds in kitchen and bedrooms need to be replaced; (7) towels left in dryer and lint filter that looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time; (8) dirty pool; (9) dirty patio including bird droppings on patio furniture.Again, the host was very good to work with, and I have full confidence that he will keep his word and take care of the issues we reported to him.
