Arrived at our checkin time to find a well maintained and clean home that provided ample room for a group of 22. Parking was ample aas we were able to fit 6 vehicles in the driveway (full size acre cab truck, Yukon, 2 mid size SUV’s and 2 mid size cars). We could have fit another 2 cars in the garage if needed. The beach was a very short walk (100 yds maybe) which was awesome! Everyone in our group was impressed by the comfort of the mattresses in their respective rooms. There were more than enough cooking utensils, pots/pans, silverware, etc. Definitely a 10 out of 10 and would spend the money to stay here again.

Would have been nice to have a working elevator.

We’ve stayed at this property year after year and it’s always a gem. We have a large family and this property gives everyone the space and the amenities to have an excellent week at the beach.

We stayed in Destin for a week in April, and really enjoyed the stay. Property is located in a gated community, just a short 1 minute walk to the beach. You can actually see the ocean from the top roof deck and the balcony. The property was roomy, and everyone enjoyed having their room. Outdoor pool is great too. We'll definitely be back again.
